Rotary Shears are used for automatic cutting of splitted hot ends (front and rear). They are also used at cooling bed to cut fixed length of finished bars. Their size ranges from 300 mm PCD to 500 mm PCD. Their cutting capacity is upto 50 sq. mm hot bars at 800 Degree Celcius. Rotary Shears operate at speed of upto 12 metres / second. They can be fixed and swivelling type rotary shears with pneumatic cylinder fitted for body swivel and shifting pipes. The power requirement is 5 H.P. to 20 H.P. The cutting blades are made up of Alloy Steel duly Heat Treated and Grounded and require minimum maintenance and down time.

These pinch rolls are used between roughing mill and intermediate finishing mill to carry the hot rolled material, to rotary shear & conveyors. The salient features of our pinch rolls are that they are compact and simple design, they ensure quick roll changing and they require minimum maintenance. Size ranges from 200 mm PCD to 300 mm PCD.

The gear box is installed with forced lubrication oil system with all necessary control & monitoring devices for Pressure & Temperature thereby providing necessary amount of oil to various gear and bearings thereby resulting into smooth and trouble free operation.
